FROM THE STUDIO

Latest from Instagram

After four brilliant weeks, we wrapped up our final session mentoring twenty Year 11 students from Bridge Learning Secondary School as part of the Bristol Achieve project.

The students joined us in the Snug at the Tobacco Factory to present their projects on digital marketing, design, coding and development – and they absolutely smashed it. Any early nerves were soon eased with a round of brownies, and we were blown away by their confidence and creativity.

It was great to see how much they’d learnt (and how they cheered each other on!) working alongside our six Fanatic mentors. After some well-earned feedback, we took them on a behind-the-scenes studio tour.

We’ve loved being part of this programme and can’t wait to support another Bristol Achieve project in 2026!

As the nights draw in, we thought it would be a nice treat to set up our own office-based cinema to have a cosy after work film night. Complete with movie snacks, drinks and a delicious array of pizzas from our local Pizzarova 🎬🍿

We were commissioned to design a suite of collateral to support WCWE’s two public consultations. The task was to create designs that not only reflected the professionalism of the brand, but also presented highly technical information in a way that was accessible to the public.

Our approach balanced clarity with creativity. We developed a cohesive visual style that aligned with WCWE’s identity while making complex data and engineering maps easier to interpret. By using clear layouts, engaging illustrated graphics and carefully considered hierarchy, we transformed dense information into user-friendly, digestible content.

The result was a set of consultation materials that not only upheld WCWE’s credibility but also encouraged public understanding and engagement.

Our digital team attended @brightonseo recently to gain some exciting insights into the rapidly evolving SEO landscape.

Over two days, the team attended a range of presentations given by leading figures in the industry. The talks covered various SEO topics, including “Search Fundamentals”, “Practical SEO”, and “Crawling & Indexing”, to name but a few. Unsurprisingly, AI was a common thread running throughout most of the talks.

Away from the conference, the team also had some time to explore the city. A highlight of the trip was being invited to an evening event with canapés and drinks at Brighton’s i360. Thanks for having us, Brighton!

Dan spent last week in Baltimore for @chngecollective`s National Change Lab, connecting with local leaders from Chicago, Detroit, and beyond to explore how bridge-building can spark stronger collaboration in our workplaces and communities.

Key takeaway: Bad process wastes time.

Before every meeting, prep your 5 P’s:
PURPOSE | PRODUCT | PEOPLE | PLACE | PROCESS

Sometimes it’s not what you discuss…it’s how you approach the conversation.
