Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 PA (depending on experience)

The Role

We’re looking for a mid-level SEO Specialist with at least 2 years of experience to join our growing digital team. You’ll develop and implement SEO strategies to drive high-intent organic traffic and support client revenue growth. You’ll also collaborate with our in-house designers and developers to deliver excellent results for a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute SEO strategies across various industries
Analyse competitor activity and identify growth opportunities
Create monthly performance reports using Looker Studio
Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs, share results, and outline next steps
Support technical SEO during website migrations and launches
Collaborate with internal and external teams to implement SEO recommendations

What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

2+ years of SEO experience, preferably within an agency
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices
Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics 4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog
Proven track record of delivering effective SEO strategies
Excellent communication and organisation skills

Desirable

International SEO experience
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and Looker Studio
Experience managing or mentoring others
