A website that communicates the dining experience gains a higher percentage of conversions to reservations. We used full screen video with a custom location finder to ensure that the journey to reserve is as short and effortless as possible, with a custom open table integration. There is clear signposting to private dining and events which takes visitors though Triple Seat, and an API integration with Paytronix for a fully branded loyalty scheme registration process.
Our drive for SEO visitors delivers target market diners to the site who are ready to reserve, and together with the custom integrations, we have dramatically increased conversion rate performance over the previous website.
Further to driving increased restaurant reservations and event bookings, we have also integrated Gift Card sales and rebuilt the eCommerce part of the site, bringing this under the same domain using Woo Commerce. This has further enabled increased site transactions, and increased revenue generated from the website.
