The brief

We were approached by Truespeed, a community broadband provider based in the South West, to re-build their current website. By combining elements of their brand and giving them a fresh, dynamic and easily manageable website which would be able to keep up with their rapid growth.

The Scope

Our objective was to design a website that was both heavily branded, but at the same time, functional and service driven, as this website would be used by both users who were not yet customers and existing customers. These two users would have different requirements which would need to be balanced and met.

Absolutely fantastic work for Fanatic! They have designed and built as a brilliant new website. So much better then what we had before. The team are so easy to work with. Some brilliant designs from Sam and the team, and then Marcello was superb in the build process. So responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommended!

The Design

In order to achieve a design which caters for these users we made sure the branding, including the strong colours and gradients were featured heavily, so there is no mistaking this is Truespeed. We also incorporated some light motion graphics in order to lift the website from feeling too static.

However, we made sure to ensure accessibility was kept in mind, as this is an amenities website which has a vast number of user types of all demographics. This meant keeping important information legible and using animation and graphics as supporting elements.

The outcome

The outcome is an extremely robust website which is flexible and dynamic, giving the team at Truespeed the ability to update, maintain and manage a lively website. This platform allows Truepseed the tools in order to sell into new customers, while ensuring existing customers receive a positive experience.
