We have been working with West Country Water Park since May 2022. During this time we have seen improvements in all aspects of performance and have been able to explore many different aspects of marketing in order to increase levels of engagement and revenue for the business.
West Country Water Park is a newly renovated water park in Bradley Stoke, Bristol. It is a fully equipped water park with access to a wide range of watersports activities from paddleboarding to waterskiing. We have been working with Shaun, the new owner, since he wanted a complete rebrand and website launch back in May. This August we saw 28.5k new followers and an increase in clicks by 40.3%.
Bounce rates and session durations continue to improve each month by 0.1% and 16.7% respectively. Direct traffic continues to bring a high level of new visitors to the website (8.5k) plus 1k bookings this in August alone, showing that our offline activity, for example, our leaflet campaign in August, has had a positive direct influence.
Email marketing has been something that we have recently started running for West Country Water Park, starting in July. we have seen significant improvements across the board, email marketing and social marketing which has seen revenue increase by 3607.32% from June.
We have also been focusing on the social media content for Instagram, Facebook and Twitter, as the park has had many events and new services being added to the website. We have gained 340 new followers and seen a 75% increase in profile reach on Instagram. We have also gained 546 new positive page reactions on Facebook.
