AMC Group, one of the UK’s largest private companies, asked us to help launch their new subsidiary business, OptionsDesk. OptionsDesk provides advisory and brokerage services in options, futures and cash equities for institutions and retail investors. The brand, website and tone of voice needed to be highly professional and trustworthy, and yet promote a sense of adventure for traders and investors.
We were approached by OptionsDesk to create a brand and website that would showcase them as the UK’s leading Options Brokers. It needed to be professional, bold, clear and have room to grow.
One of the first steps was to create a logo. We landed on a simple yet strong design that used subtle details to give a nod towards options. For instance, the ‘N’ is made up of a set of up and down arrows, evoking the rise and fall nature of trading.
We designed and built a website for OptionsDesk which is both a platform for insights and business generation. The goal being a well-rounded experience that anyone, at any experience level, could come into and find out about options trading and or contact the team at OptionsDesk.
The website utilises the brand assets, giving a professional, clean and approachable look and feel across all platforms.
After the initial website development we have continued to work with Options Desk to create systems to enhance their customers experiences with the brand.
We created a Strategy Explorer which prospective customers can use to see what strategies are right for their needs.
We created an Onboarding Tool which collects the required data from new customers to ensure that Options Desk comply with regulations surrounding “Know your Customer” and “Anti-money Laundering”
We created an Application Tracking CRM system to allow Options Desk to collaboratively review and process customer applications from first contact to new customer
