Lyme Bay Winery
We have been supporting the digital marketing and eCommerce sales of Lyme Bay Winery’s fine English wines, ciders and spirits for over six years. The category has been steadily increasing in recent years, and digital channel revenues are supporting the growth in market share from physical stores. We have helped to build a database of loyal Lyme Bay Winery customers, leveraging customer data to enable sophisticated email marketing, organic and paid search programmes.
We utilised studio photography for shooting collections of products for the website and digital marketing content, and also have built 3D models of most product lines for use in generated imagery for lifestyle shots.
Lyme Bay Winery produce a range of extremely high quality sparkling and still English wines, from grapes across the south of England from Kent to Devon. The English wine category has been growing, and the Lyme Bay brands have been at the forefront of this movement. Lyme Bay Winery is also responsible for producing a range of Mead, which is also a growth category within the UK, as well as the Jack Rat cider brand. They also create a selection of spirits in their Lugger Rum and Gin ranges.
We have worked together to build an increasing online customer base through organic search, paid search and social media marketing. We have developed the website to cope with the increased demand and ensure there is a seamless user experience for customers’ buying journey.
We have created a way to quickly and flexibly build photography using 3D modelling and rendering. We can quickly render the images into scenes depending on the creative direction of the campaign or product shot requirements.
Lyme Bay Winery wanted to double its returning customer rate. To assist them, our email marketing specialists devised a strategy incorporating email pop-ups, customer lifecycle automations, and a strategic sequence of monthly newsletters to support retention. Our team has achieved significant improvements when comparing to previously analysed periods.
